Home Sweet Home!

We're back from vacation. Actually, we've been back for a week now. It's taken me a week to recover though. LOL I missed sleeping in my own bed more than you know. My mother in law only has a 20+ year old sofa bed for The Man and I to sleep on. So we can choose between pulling the bed out and having the metal bars against our backs, or he can sleep on the couch, and I can sleep on the 4ft love seat. We chose the latter. As uncomfortable as it was, I think it was a better choice than using the ancient sofa bed.

The kids had a good time visiting grandma, for the first 4 days. After that they were tired, bored, and cranky, which translates to not listening, arguing, breaking rules, and just bad behavior all around. The Baby was sleeping in his Pack 'N Play, so he didn't sleep well at all. Which means I got even less sleep, which translates to a cranky mommy. You get the picture....

I met up with two of the moms I have "known" online for over a year now. They are both such wonderful ladies. I was really nervous though, because I'm not a super outgoing person. Actually, I'm kind of a boring wall flower. Honestly, I'm surprised I even have this blog. They didn't seem bored by me though, and they both still talk to me on our message board, so I guess our first meeting was a success!
